Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Studio 2 Studio app! A Creative as a Service, (CaaS) platform provided by Cinematic Videographers, LLC.These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services. By using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Overview of Our Services
Studio 2 Studio provides photography studios with access to professional videography and production services through an on-demand, request-to-book model. Users can browse services, request bookings, and receive a quote, invoice, or contract for finalization.
2. Request to Book Model
• All booking requests made through our app are non-binding and do not constitute a legally enforceable agreement.
• A transaction is only finalized once a digital invoice or contract is issued and signed or paid.
• We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any request based on availability, feasibility, or other factors.
3. User Account and Information Requirements
To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:
• Full Name
• Valid Email Address
• Phone Number
• Business Name (if applicable)
Failure to provide accurate details may result in delays, cancellations, or account restrictions.
4. Booking - quotes, Invoices, contracts and payment terms
• Quotes provided through the app are estimates and subject to change based on project scope and requirements.
• An invoice or contract will be provided upon finalizing your booking request.
Once a booking is finalized, you will receive an invoice outlining the details of your requested services and payment terms.
To keep transactions seamless and secure, we only accept digital payment methods (e.g., Credit/Debit, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc.), ensuring efficient processing without delays.
We do not require a deposit to hold production dates; however, all holds are soft holds and not guaranteed. Without a verbal agreement and/or written agreement confirming the booking request, we reserve the right to release the hold and accept other booking requests from other studios for the same dates.
S2S Videography Payment Terms
The full balance of any agreement is due on the day of the event or the following business day after the event.
S2S Video Editing Payment Terms
For video editing services, full payment must be completed before the final video is delivered.
5. Cancellation & Revisions Policy
We understand that schedules may change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while also accounting for the impact of cancellations on our availability for work.
• Cancellations Made in Advance
If a studio cancels a reserved production date at least 60 days in advance, we will honor the cancellation without penalty.
• Late Cancellations & Fees
If a cancellation occurs within 30 days or on the day of the scheduled production, a cancellation fee will apply due to lost opportunities from holding the date. The cancellation fee will be outlined in the agreement and will be based on the scope of the project.
• Revisions Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality videography services. Since our work involves custom editing and media production, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a comprehensive revisions policy to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Intellectual Property
• Any final deliverables provided by us, remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment is received and full ownership is transferred back to you.
• Raw footage access will be provided through a secure download link upon request.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
• We value your privacy and only collect necessary personal and business information for booking, invoicing, and communication purposes.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required for fulfilling services or legal compliance.
8. Liability and Service Limitations
• While we strive for excellence, Studio 2 Studio is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, weather, client unresponsiveness).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
9. Amendments to These Terms
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
