Delivery & Payment Policy
Delivery
We do not sell or ship physical products. Our services are entirely digital, focusing on videography, and digital media production. All deliverables, including edited videos, raw footage, and digital media, are securely delivered online through cloud storage or direct download links.
Since there is no physical inventory, there are no shipping fees or delivery wait times. Once your project is complete, you will receive an email with payment terms and instructions on how to access and download your files.
Payment Policy
Once a booking is finalized, you will receive an invoice outlining the details of your requested services and payment terms.
To keep transactions seamless and secure, we only accept digital payment methods (e.g., Credit/Debit, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc.), ensuring efficient processing without delays.
We do not require a deposit to hold production dates; however, all booking holds made through our app are non-binding and do not constitute a legally enforceable agreement or commitment to any production dates.
All holds are tentative reservations and not guaranteed bookings. Without a verbal agreement and/or written agreement confirming the production date as an actual confirmed booking, we reserve the right to release the soft hold and accept confirmed bookings from other studios for the same dates. We will notify you of any request for your held date and give you enough time to either confirm you reserved date or make you aware of our release of your held date.
We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any booking holds based on our availability, feasibility, or any other factors.
S2S Videography Payment Terms
The full balance of any agreement is due on the day of the event or the following business day after the event.
S2S Video Editing Payment Terms
For video editing services, full payment must be completed before the final video is delivered.

Video Editing Turnaround & Revisions Policy
1. Standard Turnaround Time
• Video edits will be delivered within 4–8 weeks from the date the job is received and confirmed.
• If, for any reason, the project is delayed due to the need for clarification or other issues requiring input from the client, the turnaround timeline will be paused until the issue is resolved. The new turnaround time of 4–8 weeks will then begin from the date work on the project resumes.
• This timeline accounts for the care and attention required to produce high-quality results for your studio.
2. Estimated Completion Dates
• All provided turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
• While we aim to adhere to the estimated timeline, we reserve the right to adjust the completion date based on project complexity and current demand.
3. No Expedited Deliveries
• We kindly ask that clients refrain from requesting to speed up the editing process or contacting us regarding the studios’ demands for quicker delivery. To ensure fairness, all projects are managed based on the order they are received and the schedule outlined above.
• We are committed to providing equal focus to all projects to maintain the quality our clients expect.
4. Optional Job Removal
• Clients have a 30-day window from the date the job is received to remove their project from our queue if they choose to pursue alternative editing solutions that may better meet their timeline needs.
• After the 30-day period, the job will be considered fully committed to our production process.
5. Priority Status for Upfront Payments
• Clients who pay upfront for their projects will receive priority status in our production queue. This ensures their projects are given the highest level of attention and processed ahead of others who have not opted for this priority option.
Revisions Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality videography services. Since our work involves custom editing and media production, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a comprehensive revisions policy to ensure client satisfaction.
Requesting Revisions
• Once an edit is completed, clients have 60 days to request revisions.
• Revision requests must be submitted through our Revisions Link, which will be emailed upon request.
• Clients can leave comments directly on the video—no Vimeo account is required, and the link is not password protected.
Revisions Timeline & Archiving
• If a client does not request revisions within 90 days, the media is moved off our editing server and removed from our editing queue for archiving or media purge preparation.
• If revisions are requested after 90 days, the project will be treated as a new edit, requiring additional fees.
• If we still have the media, allow at least 3 weeks to retrieve, relocate, and relink files before revisions can begin.
Important Notice
The 3-week period mentioned above is NOT an ETA for final delivery—this time is solely for locating, restoring, and relinking the project files. Once this step is completed, we will provide an updated timeline for revisions and final delivery.
